All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™ do not store or have access to your full financial details.

6. Order Processing & Shipping
Many items sold through Bold by Grace Creations™ are made to order and carefully pressed specifically for each customer. Orders typically process within 3–5 business days depending on current order volume and the day the order is placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Custom orders may require additional processing time due to designing, editing, customer approvals, and occasionally needing to order specific apparel or materials. Once customer approval has been finalized and payment has been successfully processed through our system, production will begin. While turnaround times may vary depending on current order volume, communication response times, and product availability, most custom orders are often completed sooner; however, please allow up to 10 business days during higher-volume periods.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Because many products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Approved refunds may be issued as store credit according to our Return Policy.
