By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not submit misleading information, misuse the website, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Product Information & Availability

All items are made to order and pressed specifically for each customer.

We strive to display accurate product colors and details; however, colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, materials, and print methods.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Limit quantities

  • Update pricing without notice

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing time typically ranges from 1–2 business days, depending on the day of the week.
Shipping within the United States generally takes 3–5 business days, though delays may occur during holidays or USPS disruptions.

A tracking number will be emailed once a shipping label is created.

Bold by Grace Creations is not responsible for:

  • USPS delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

Bold by Grace Creations does not store financial information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All items are made to order

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged by us (not from delivery), incorrect, or missing

  • All refunds issued through our return process are provided as store credit only

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless we made an error.

7. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, Bold by Grace Creations will dispute it using:

  • USPS tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Custom order and production records

  • Photos/video provided by the customer

  • Communication logs

  • Our published store policies, visible prior to purchase

Filing a chargeback without following our return process may be considered misuse of the chargeback system.

We reserve the right to restrict future orders or take further action in cases involving:

  • False claims of non-delivery

  • Attempts to obtain both a product and a refund

  • Abusive or repetitive chargebacks

  • Misrepresentation of information

Tracking marked as delivered to the customer’s address is considered proof of fulfillment.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, and designs—is the property of Bold by Grace Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Bold by Grace Creations is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, processors, or carriers.
