All orders are shipped through USPS.
Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on the day of the week.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to USPS delays.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship only within the United States.
Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipping label has been created. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the USPS system.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates vary based on package weight, destination, and USPS pricing. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package appears missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We will assist when possible, but replacements cannot be guaranteed for carrier-related issues.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
