Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Many items sold through Bold by Grace Creations™ are made to order and pressed specifically for each customer. Orders typically process within 1–3 business days depending on order volume and the day the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time (Made-to-Order Apparel)
Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3. Boutique Shipping (Partner Fulfillment)
Boutique clothing available through our boutique store is fulfilled through a trusted partner supplier and may ship separately from Bold by Grace Creations™ apparel.
Shipping times for boutique items typically follow these guidelines:
• U.S. warehouse items: approximately 2–5 business days for delivery after shipment
• Overseas warehouse items: approximately 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Expedited or overnight shipping is not available for boutique items.
Boutique orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the item’s fulfillment location.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and U.S. territories, including:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO / FPO military addresses
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
5. Tracking Information
Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control including weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions. Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™ are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been shipped.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery and additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™ are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
