Returns and Exchanges
All items sold through Bold by Grace Creations are made to order and pressed specifically for each customer.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted once an item has been pressed.
Please review your size, color, and design selections carefully before placing your order.
Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
To open a claim, the following is required:
Clear photos or video showing the damage, incorrect item, or missing item
The item must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags must remain attached
Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds)
All refunds issued through our return process are provided as store credit only.
This applies after the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not offer:
Cash refunds
Refunds back to the original payment method
Partial refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before your order has been processed or pressed.
Once an item has been made or a shipping label has been created, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
Important Note
Please double-check sizes, colors, and design selections before placing your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selections
Preference changes
Buyer’s remorse
Chargeback & Fraud Policy
By placing an order with us, you agree to follow our Return & Exchange Policy and to contact us directly regarding any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support process, which requires submitting photos or video and returning the unused item in its original condition.
Refund Method
All refunds issued through our return process are provided as store credit only.
Store credit refunds do not apply to chargebacks filed through a customer’s bank.
If a chargeback is filed, we will dispute the claim using documentation such as:
USPS tracking and delivery confirmation
Order details and customization records
Photos or videos submitted with your claim
Communication history
Our published store policies
Chargebacks Filed Without Contacting Us First
Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through our store may be considered misuse of the chargeback process.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback using:
Proof of delivery
Evidence the item was made to order
Documentation showing the customer did not report issues within 48 hours
Proof that a resolution was offered
Delivery Verification
Tracking marked as delivered to the address entered at checkout is considered proof of fulfillment.
We are not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
USPS delays or routing issues
Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to restrict future purchases or take further action in cases involving:
False claims of non-delivery
Attempts to receive both the product and a refund
Abusive chargeback behavior
Misrepresentation of order details
