Thank you for shopping with Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™. Please review our return guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Apparel

Many items sold through Bold by Grace Creations™ are made to order and carefully pressed specifically for each customer. Because of this process, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selections, color choices, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video showing the issue. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in original condition with all tags attached. If the claim is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit only after the item has been received and inspected.

2. Size & Fit Notice

Clothing brands, fabrics, and garment styles may fit differently depending on the manufacturer and material. Because many items are made to order, size-related returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart listed on each product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has been produced, pressed, custom designed, or a shipping label has been created, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

4. Delivery Issues

Tracking marked “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout is considered proof of fulfillment. Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™ are not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received, shipping carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information entered during checkout.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
