1. Made-to-Order Apparel (Bold by Grace Creations)
Many items sold through Bold by Grace Creations™ are made to order and pressed specifically for each customer. Because of this process, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selections, color choices, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video showing the issue. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in original condition with all tags attached. If the claim is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit only after the item has been received and inspected.

2. Boutique Items (Partner Fulfillment Notice)
Boutique clothing purchased through our boutique store is fulfilled through a trusted partner supplier and may ship separately from Bold by Grace Creations apparel. Because these items ship directly from the supplier, processing times, shipping times, and return guidelines may differ from made-to-order apparel.

3. Boutique Return Requirements
Return requests for boutique items must meet the following requirements:

• Return request submitted within 24 hours of delivery
• Return must be approved before the item is sent back
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in original condition
All original tags must remain attached
• Item must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or damage
• The approved return must be shipped promptly and received within 7 days

If your return request is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item to the appropriate return address so it can be processed through our supplier.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds for boutique returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by the supplier. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Boutique Items
The following boutique items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked Final Sale
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Undergarments or intimate apparel
Jewelry and accessories
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Items returned without original tags attached

5. Size & Fit Notice
Clothing brands, fabrics, and styles may fit differently depending on the manufacturer and garment style. Because many items are made to order or fulfilled through partner suppliers, size-related returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart listed on each product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has been produced, pressed, or a shipping label has been created, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

7. Delivery Issues
Tracking marked Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout is considered proof of fulfillment. Bold by Grace™ & Bold by Grace Creations™ are not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
